SHIPPING FAQ

How is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post domestic delivery from Heaven In Earth's warehouse in Sydney. In some cases if the items are 'oversize' these will be sent via one of our trusted couriers. Please click here to see domestic delivery estimations. HIE does not take responsibility for shipping times, these are a guide only, we have no control over this.

How much is shipping?

Heaven In Earth offers 'free' shipping when you spend over $100. Shipping is based on the weight and size of a product, this is calculated automatically at the checkout. Smaller items start at a minimum of $10.

Delivery to PO Boxes / Parcel lockers

HIE does not send to PO Boxes or lockers.

Does HIE offer click & collect?

We do not offer click & collect, however a special request can be made by calling our warehouse 02 8068 2333 to arrange collection. You will need to ring up and pay for your order via credit card. NB: credit card payments incur a small fee. Orders can be collected between 9:30 & 2.00pm Mon - Thursday.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order.

When will my order arrive?

HIE endeavours to get your orders fulfilled within 3 business days. NB: Heaven In Earth is open Mon-Thursday, any orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the next business day. Friday orders will be fulfilled on Monday. Expect longer delivery times during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Mother's Day, Stocktake or other unforeseen circumstances that cannot be controlled by HIE. We are not open on public holidays.

Does HIE ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia, however if you would like to order something, we can calculate the weight for shipping to your area, and we ask you to pay via credit card over the phone. NB: credit cards incur a small fee.

WOOD FAQ

Is the wood used in our products sustainable?

Yes, all wooden products, are FSC approved and sustainably grown.

How to I look after wood?

Wood is a natural product, it will blacken when exposed to moisture. This is not considered a fault. To prolong the life of your product, do not leave submerged in water for long periods. Air or sun dry when possible. Do not place in the dishwasher.

What wood is used?

We have a selection of products that have been produced with either; FSC Beechwood, Cherrywood, Boxwood, Pearwood or Olivewood. This will be listed next to the item. For more information about the timber, please click here.
